General Information

Clovis Community College is committed to equitable treatment of all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual preference, veteran status, or religious affiliation. Equal employment principles are intended to assure that everyone will be equally considered for employment, placement, promotion, and all other job considerations.

The Equal Employment Policy is a set of procedures to ensure every good faith effort has been made to obtain a diverse work force dedicated to the mission of the College. Obtaining and maintaining a qualified representative work force in all levels of employment that includes minorities, women, older workers, disabled persons, Vietnam era veterans, and disabled veterans is the specific purpose of the program.

The Human Resource Services Department strives to provide information and services that foster a work environment that attracts and retains a diverse work force of faculty and staff who are focused on providing pathways to student success.

How to Apply

View current job opportunities, select the position you are interested in and complete the online application. You will be required to create a new account the first time you apply. Attach any required documentation.

Deadline Dates

Openings are posted with closing dates and all applications must be submitted by midnight on the closing date.

Review of Applications

All applications are reviewed by a Search Committee after the closing date. Candidates are evaluated on the basis of relevant education and experience. Candidates for interviews will be contacted by telephone. Because of large applicant pools and the number of qualified applicants, you may not be contacted for an interview each time you apply.

Applications are valid only for specific openings and cannot be transferred to another position.

The committee chooses candidates and requests a background check with Human Resources. Once the background check clears, the committee chair completes a hiring proposal and an offer is made once it is approved.

In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all persons hired after November 6, 1986 will be required to provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
