Welcome to Starfish 

Starfish gives you a convenient way to keep track of your students – raising flags when you observe a pattern of behavior that concerns you, giving kudos for positive feedback, and issuing referrals when you want to refer a student to a particular resource on campus.

Getting started is easy. Accessible through Canvas, Starfish will automatically display all students that have been assigned to you or are enrolled in your course.

You can easily begin raising and reviewing flags that have been given to your students, and give them additional information. Progress Surveys (Early Alerts) will be scheduled at designated times throughout the semester. We are counting on faculty to complete these Progress Surveys to get ahead of those students who may need extra attention.
