Round 1 - Students who were identified through STARFISH with a COVID-19 flag and met Title IV eligibility requirements and were not enrolled entirely online were awarded funds.
Student applications for the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) were evaluated for Title IV eligibility and other eligibility criteria.
Awards were made based on Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) and enrollment status.

Round 2 - Eligible students who had the hands on portion of their education disrupted in spring 2020 were awarded $300 per week for completion in the summer. These programs included Allied Health Programs, Welding Technology, Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology and Cosmetology. Lists were provided by the instructors indicating how many weeks the students were scheduled over the summer.

Students were evaluated for the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) Awards were made based FAFSA received and enrollment status. Students enrolled in 1 – 5 credit hours were awarded $500 and students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours were awarded $1000.
Any instructions, directions, or guidance provided by the institution to students concerning the Emergency Financial Aid Grants.
Students were sent notifications via email, CANVAS messaging and text to advise them of the availability of funds and that they could apply for funds through clovis.academicworks.com or request a paper application be sent to them.
