Spring Refund Schedule

Spring 2024 Refunds

Full refund of tuition and fees will be issued on cancelled classes. Refunds are processed after registration closes and financial aid is complete and will be mailed to students approximately four weeks after registration closes. Students who drop a workshop must notify the Business Affairs Office to begin the refund process. 

Important Note: If you are eligible for either financial aid or for "third-party payment" and you withdraw, you may be held responsible for paying your tuition and fees.


 Regular 16-Week Term

  • 100% - January 21 thru February 4
  • 0% - February 5 thru May 16

First 8-Week Term

  • 100% - January 21 thru January 28
  • 0% - January 29 thru March 14

Second 8-Week Term

  • 100% - March 15 thru March 28
  • 0% - March 29 thru May 16

Workshops

  • 100% - Before the first meeting
