Who’s covered?

Your legal plan covers active students, enrolled half-time or more, and their family members which includes spouse or domestic partner (not legally separated of divorced), children under the age of 26 regardless of marital or student status, and disabled dependents.

How does it work?

When you have a legal need, ARAG will match you with experienced network attorneys that can help. Network attorney fees are paid in full for most covered matters. For any non-covered and non-excluded matters, you can receive 25% off a network attorney’s normal rate.

  • Choose Create Account.
  • Enter your Member ID. Hint: you can look it up by providing your last name and home zip.
  • Once logged in, checkout the Plan Coverage page to review your unique benefits.
