Clovis Community College is developing a cybersecurity program!
Presently, CCC offers courses aligned to the CompTIA Security+ (CIS 235) and the EC-Council’s Ethical Hacking (CIS 240) industry certifications.
Due to retirement of the industry certification, the Cisco CCNA Security course (CIS 204) is being considered for replacement with a new CyberOps Associate course and/or a Network Security course based on the Cisco Networking Academy’s updated curriculum.
These, and possibly other, courses related to cybersecurity are being developed with the eventual goal of offering college certificates of achievement and/or completion or 2-year degrees. Stay tuned for further developments.
