Biography

Introduction

Kelsey Knight received both of her degrees from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. This includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Corporate Communication Emphasis) in 2017 and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies in 2020. At CCC, Ms. Knight teaches courses in Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking. Her main passion involves teaching students public speaking skills, which was inspired by her many years of experience in theater and competitive speech teams.

Career

Kelsey Knight has held several positions that have involved public speaking, including being an Orientation Leader, Writing Tutor, and College Admissions Recruiter. Before beginning her teaching career at CCC in the Fall of 2022, Ms. Knight was the Communication Director and Grant Writer for the City of Clovis.
