Students Can Now Register for Second 8-Week Session at CCC

Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is good news! People can still attain their career goals and dreams. Just ask the folks at Clovis Community College.

CCC President, Dr. Charles Nwankwo, says the door to opportunity and the future remains open and available to the community. “The college is open and ready to serve our students,” he said. “It’s not too late to register for the second 8-week term here at CCC. We have a lot of classes available to anyone in the community who wants to continue their educational goals.”

Second 8-week classes start March 15. Registration is open now and continues through March 19. The second 8-week session ends on May 14. Since most courses are in an online format, students can access their classes any time, participating in their courses around their busy schedules. For students who desire additional connectivity with their instructors and fellow classmates, live-online courses are also available. The 8-week format allows students to accelerate through their academic program, accomplishing their goals more quickly.

According to Dr. Robin Kuykendall, Associate VP for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, “CCC’s Health and Fitness Center is open, with second 8-week course options as well as open gym options available. For those looking for a hobbyist class, we are offering an in-person woodworking class.” The second 8-weeks schedule offers a wide range of courses this term. CCC also offers financial aid and payment options to best serve you on your academic journey.
