The Admissions and Records department at CCC is a student's first stop in applying to attend classes at the college. CCC is an open admission institution. Once students complete an Admission Application, they are admitted to CCC, assigned a student ID number ("C-Number"), and they are eligible to register for classes immediately.
Admissions and Records will also help students requesting official transcripts for college transfer and employment opportunities.
The CCC Testing Center will help new students take the Accuplacer. Accuplacer will help new students get placed into the appropriate level of English, Math, and Reading courses.
Students can also use their ACT or SAT test scores in place of the Accuplacer. Submit all official transcripts or score reports to the Admissions and Records Office.
An advisor can help you schedule your courses and provide information about your transfer options. If you are a first-time, degree-seeking student, or if you are receiving financial aid or veteran's benefits, you must meet with an advisor prior to registering for courses.
You can register online or in person by completing the Registration Form in the Admissions and Records Office. Your account balance can be paid in person at the Cashiers Window in the Business Office or online in your student Pathway account through TouchNet.
