Thanks for your interest in the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, and welcome to the Alpha Tau Nu Chapter link. Membership in Phi Theta Kappa formally recognizes your academic achievement and provides access to unique tools to help you meet your academic and career goals.

The CCC Alpha Tau Nu Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa meets at every other Friday.

Our Mission

Phi Theta Kappa's mission is to honor and celebrate students' academic accomplishments. PTK offers chances to develop professional and leadership skills, earn scholarships, explore various career options, and create a lasting network of supportive peers and mentors.

Criteria for Membership

  • Prospective members must have a 3.5 average or above and must have completed 12 credit hours at the college level to qualify for enrollment.
  • You may become a provisional member with a GPA of lower than 3.2.
  • Interviews will be held for anyone who wants to become a provisional member.
