Healthcare Assistant CTI Program

This program is for students interested in the healthcare industry. Students who complete this CTI program will earn a Certificate of Achievement in Health Care Assistant from CCC and are eligible to sit for the industry certification exam. Students who pass this industry certification exam will receive their Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license and are eligible to work in a doctor’s office or retirement home. These courses will not transfer to the nursing program; however, they will provide students with an opportunity for an employment credential right out of high school, as well as an opportunity to explore the healthcare field. Students must be 18 years of age to take their CNA license exam.
