Academic Advising

Checking in with an academic advisor and getting on a degree plan is part of the financial aid process and ensures that students finish their degree in the least amount of time. A licensed professional counselor is also available for short-term personal counseling.
Basic Needs CCC C.A.R.E.S was created to aid students facing hardships and  unavoidable crises as they pursue their education and enter the workforce such as unexpected emergencies, food shortages, reduced work hours or unanticipated expenses. 
Business Office The Business Office can help students set up payment plans and check account balances for students. 
Bookstore The CCC Bookstore has made it easy for students to rent textbooks under the program TAP(Textbook Affordability Program). Students can also purchase books and supplies using their financail aid, if eligible. Snacks and merchandise are available as well.

Financial Aid Financial Aid provides students with information about applying for grants, scholarships, student employment and loans. Filling out the FAFSA ( Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be every students'  priority every academic year. 
Financial Aid Forms Forms that the Financial Aid office uses for  appeals, loans, outside scholarships, FAFSA, and verifying information.
VA Benefits Students at CCC are able to use their VA educational benefits once they request their Certificate of Eligibility from the VA. 
Food Pantry  The CCC Campus Cabinet gives students the opportunity to shop at no cost. The Campus Cabinet team also assists with filling out the application for SNAP benefits and provides Budgeting & Nutrition workshops and other basic need resources. 
Career Coaching and Campus Life Career coaches here at CCC can help students develop skills that will guarantee their success in the workforce. Get help with resume building, mock interviews, and portfolios. Student organizations and campus life are housed here as well.
Help Desk The Help Desk provides a single point of contact for students, teachers, and staff to get assistance with IT/ troubleshooting issues, general questions about CCC, directions around campus, and resetting student Pathway account passwords.
Library The CCC Library provides a nice and quiet environment for students to read, study, and complete assignments. Private rooms and a podcast recording studio are also available to students. The library is one of the few places on campus open to the public. 
Registrar's Office The Admissions and Records department at CCC is a student's first stop in applying to attend classes at the college. Admissions also helps students requesting official transcripts for college transfer and employment opportunities.
O.A.R.S. Our Office of Accessibility and Resources (OARS) assists students with disabilities and/or a disabling condition in order for students to be successful in class.
Adult Education (GED/HSE, ESL) C.S.S. offers unlimited, free educational opportunities to Clovis Community College students and community members. Free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, HSE/GED classes and laptops for students to use are available. 
Transportation CCC has partnered up with Clovis's public transportation services (CATS) to be able to provide transportation to students. 
T.R.I.O. T.R.I.O.student support services is a federally funded educational opportunity outreach program designed to motivate, retain, graduate and transfer eligible students.
Tutoring &  Academic Coaching CCC tutors can help students learn more effectively by providing individualized instruction and support. Academic coaching can help students improve their academic performance in many ways.
Scholarship Search The CCC Foundation offers dozens of institutional scholarships with one convenient application through an easy- to-use system called AwardSpring. Applications are automatically matched to available scholarships to review. Student must start applying to these scholarships a month before classes start every semester. 
Center for Student Success C.S.S. offers unlimited, free educational opportunities to Clovis Community College students and community members. Free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, HSE/GED classes and laptops for students to use are available. 
Writing Center Do you struggle with writing papers? The Writing Center is a free service available to all of our students. We have a staff of highly qualified tutors who are ready to help you with your writing needs. Located in the library.
Testing Center The Testing Center at CCC provides a secure and comfortable testing environment for students and members of the community, offering a range of exams including placement, class course, distance education proctoring, and professional and commercial certification exams.

Federal Application (FAFSA) The Free Application for Federal Student Aid must be submitted by all students to receive federal financial aid. 
(FSA ID) Federal Student Aid Personal Identification Username & Password  All students and parents of dependent students must create an FSA ID here to be able to start the FAFSA application. Student can also check information about their federal financial aid and loans using their FSA ID account.
Scholarship Search Website designed to help students find scholarships. 
Federal Direct Loan Servicing Checking in on a previous student loan? Follow the link to get the contact information to your specific loan servicer.
Federal Student Aid Help For students and parents having difficulities with the FAFSA website. Get help with logging in, making an account, applying for loans and getting answers about the application itself. 
New Mexico Nursing Loan-for-Service This program gives student getting their nursing degree the opportunity to receive loan forgiveness through the state of New Mexico's loan forgiveness program. Go to the state website for more information.
Veterans/ GI Educational Benefits Veterans can access their VA platform here to request educational benefits and request their Certificate of Eligibility. 
W.I.O.A. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act is seeking committed students who are in need of financial assistance and are pursuing a degree in a high-demand career field!
D.V.R. Division of Vocational Rehabilitations is a state and federally funded program designed to help eligible individuals with documented disabilities find suitable employment, financial resources, and student resources.
H.U.D. Housing and Urban Development provides housing support and uplifts communities with housing assistance.
Clovis High School Clovis High School and CCC continuously partner to create a path to success for recently graduated high school students.
ENMU's Financial Aid Office ENMU's Financial Aid Office works with CCC to transfer any students' eligible scholarships to ENMU.
ENMU's Registrar's Office Anything related to your academic records and personal information goes through the Office of the Registrar at ENMU.
Parchment (Transcripts) Get college transcripts sent directly to any school.
Diploma Sender (GED/HSE Transcripts) Get your HSE/GED transcripts sent to any school.
