Students must follow the Grievance Process as outlined on this website and inside the CCC Student Handbook prior to filing a complaint with the New Mexico Higher Education Department.

 

Student Appeals is a process for students to appeal a violation of college policies or request exceptions to policies.

SARA Complaint Process offers distance education students the option to submit complaints to the New Mexico Higher Education Department if the complaint hasn't been resolved on an institutional level.

Discrimination and Grievancy Policy offers procedures for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging discrimination.
