Proctoring

Course exams, make-up exams, and accommodation testing may be done in the Testing Center by appointment and must be approved by the instructor. Instructors may arrange for students to take their exams in the Testing Center during our regular business hours, as shown on the right. The instructor will set the start/end dates and all allowable testing aids (notes, calculator, etc.) for all exams. 

 

The Testing Center also provides a variety of accommodations for exams for approved students. To ensure we are able to provide your accommodated exam at a time that is convenient to you, please contact the Testing Center at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment at 575-769-4088. If you have not  been approved for an accommodation but believe you should, please contact the CCC Office of Accessibility and Resources office.

 

We gladly proctor exams for students from other colleges, universities and/or institutions upon request. We offer both paper and computer-based services to meet specific student needs. Please contact our office for proctor information your institution may need in order to complete the proctor approval process. A non-refundable fee of $25 is required for non-CCC students (enrolled in the current semester) before seating. Cash, money orders, checks (made payable to Clovis Community College), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express payments may be made at the cashier's window adjacent to the bookstore.

 

We are members of the National College Testing Association and participants of the Consortium of College Testing Centers. We adhere to the high quality standards set by these associations.
